Thank you for any information you can provide regarding this manner. Sorry know this is alot of information and probably should just be happy I can do a clean install on my computer with a simple OS disk but not being able to use my factory partition and not being able to return my computer to facory default is just ocding the hell out of me. Correct me if Im wrong it should have been on my C drive and if so how would it have gotten moved also is there still anyway I can use the backup I have on my SD card. I can install a clean 8.1 OS and use my apps and drivers disk and it works fine but oddly my partition is on my D drive and not my C.
